I have double checked my Doctor’s Lab tests 4 times over the last 2 years and found the results to be within an acceptable range, not more that 5% difference between his Lab and Biosafe Lab. The only real difference was the cost, triple at the Doctors Lab!

Very convenient for at home testing for those who wish to track their results on a more frequent schedule than their doctor’s visits. Instructions are easy to follow and results are sent in a timely manner. The company also can build a profile so buyers can see their results over an extended time period.

Product itself is easy, but horrible servicing experience. Just wanted to know if my test was received and I am still not sure. This is after three weeks of trying to find out. Most telephone numbers on Biosafe’s website never get you anywhere. 888# on test tracking site does not function and lab customer service number says the lab is closed. I called several times during their normal business hours. The lab customer service number was given to me by one of their reps. in their primary customer service dept (the only number I got a live person. ) The last rep. I spoke to in this area was very vague and could not give me any concrete answers. She told me the lab must be closed then. How can you close a lab for three weeks that processes blood samples!! I also emailed their customer service dept, and did not receive a response. Not sure what is going on with this company. I feel ripped off and will not purchase this product again. I filed a complaint with the FDA.

Though the BioSafe packaging claims your order will be processed in days, I haven’t heard a peep after 6 weeks. I just tracked my order online, and they claim the lab just received the sample 3 days ago. I’m extremely skeptical that a 1. 5 month old sample can be analyzed with accuracy, though I’m not sure these folks could accurately analyze a 1-day-old sample after reading the other reviews (plus that first five-star review on here is so obviously someone from the company, it’s gross). The website is also covered in misspellings and bad grammar, which doesn’t exactly speak well for the company and their professionalism. I feel like such a sucker.
